Brodie Enterprise Ltd operates BEESIM.ONLINE and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact support@services-be.co.uk with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, order reference, chosen plan, payment status, device or browser information, support messages and technical information needed to deliver or troubleshoot your eSIM. Stripe handles card details; we do not receive your full card number.

How we use it

  • To take payment, fulfil your order and email the eSIM details.
  • To provide customer support, prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
  • To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

Service providers

We share only the information needed with providers that help run the service, including Stripe for payments, eSIMAccess and its connectivity partners for eSIM fulfilment, Make.com for workflow automation, email providers and website hosting providers. Those services may process data outside the UK; appropriate safeguards should be used where required.

Legal bases and retention

We process order information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal duties and pursue legitimate interests such as security and support. We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, including applicable accounting and dispute periods.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Email us to exercise a right.

Cookies

We use essential storage for functions such as remembering your currency choice and for secure checkout. Optional analytics or advertising cookies should only be introduced with an appropriate consent mechanism.
