1. About us
BEESIM.ONLINE is operated by Brodie Enterprise Ltd. You can contact us at support@services-be.co.uk.
2. The service
We sell prepaid, data-only travel eSIM plans supplied through third-party mobile network partners. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the destination, local network, device and signal conditions. Voice calls and SMS are not included unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
3. Before ordering
You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is network-unlocked and is compatible with the destination network. The destination, allowance and validity shown at checkout form part of your order.
4. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. After successful payment, the eSIM installation details are sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Check spam or junk folders and contact us promptly if nothing arrives.
5. Activation and use
Install the eSIM while you have a stable internet connection and follow the supplied instructions. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless our support team advises you to do so, as installation codes may be single-use. A plan’s validity may begin on installation or first network connection as stated for that plan.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Because an eSIM is a digital product delivered immediately, cancellation rights may be affected once fulfilment begins. If an eSIM has not been installed, activated or used, contact us as soon as possible and we will check whether the supplier can cancel it. Used, installed, expired or deleted eSIMs are normally non-refundable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Problems and liability
Tell us promptly if a plan does not work and allow us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported or locked devices, incorrect installation, poor local coverage or use outside the stated destination.
8. Fair use
Unlimited or high-volume plans may be subject to the local network’s fair-use policy, speed reduction or traffic management. Do not use a plan unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that disrupts a network.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available where you live.
